I've found this article that has the most information I've seen about allegations about Palin with respect to censorship in Wasilla:

Bravo to Mary Ellen Emmons. I remember her from when Alaska was part of my sales territory as being an excellent librarian, and very concerned with censorship.

The fact that Palin had the nerve to ask that question is horrifying. I don't care if she was speaking theoretically. She needs to read "Fahrenheit 51" (if she actually reads anything other than vetted campaign speeches).

If she read FARENHEIT 911 she'd just try and ban that, too!
