When is that boy gonna come out?
I'm looking forward to this.
If you EVER get the chance to see LANCE LOUD - A DEATH IN AN AMERICAN FAMILY, see it! see it! see it!.
Lance Loud used the last days of his life to serve as a cautionary tale against self-destructive behavior and an example of the redemptive power of love. It is heartbreaking, sobering and ultimately life-affirming.

On a side note, a women I once worked for confessed to me that she was the woman Lance's father had had an affair with during or just after the filming of AN AMERICAN FAMILY. The affair played a significant part in the dissolution of the marriage. After so many years the memory of the affair still seemed to still weigh on her.
Small world.

Yeah, the Lance Loud special was deeply moving. Also, his band, The Mumps, were the greatest NY almost-superstar new wave band.
