Did anyone... NOT enjoy Mean Girls, the movie?

A friend of mine and I were discussing this--and I think the majority of people liked/loved this movie. Anyone out there that did NOT enjoy the movie? Just curious...

It was a very enjoyable movie, though today I remember it more for Tina Fey and Rachel McAdams than Lindsey.

I didn't like it the first time I saw it, but it got better after each viewing and now it's one of my favorite films.

I liked it okay, but I do think it's overrated. Of course, that may just be because my roommate made me watch it a trillion times and I got sick of it really quickly.

Literally one of my favorite movies, and one of the funniest I have ever seen. Tina Fey is genius. And I didn't even want to see it the first time.

I actually did not like it at all, although I think Rachel McAdams is very good. I don't think it's very well-written and I think the resolution (where Tina Fey blackmails Lindsay Lohan into becoming a mathlete) is awful.

Hmm, I saw the movie once, and while I didn't like it when I saw it, AFTER seeing it, I loved quoting it. Kind of like "Napoleon Dynamite"-- not a movie I love, but a movie I love to reference. Also, I LOOOOVED Kevin G.

I taught HS Fashion Marketing and coached Varsity Cheerleading so I could totally relate to this movie. I mean I dealt with those girls every day.

But I liked the movie.

I didn't hate it, but I agree with mauriposa that is was completely overrated.

That's around the time when Lohan was on the cover of Rolling Stone's annual "Hot List" and I didn't understand that at all either.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, but considering what some around here have named as the worst films ever made, then yeah, I'm sure you can find those who did not enjoy it. For every great film, there is someone who hates it and for every awful film, there is someone to say, "That is my FAVORITE movie!"
