anyone worked for? can you spill the beans? How long are the contracts? Do you ever get ANY time on dry land?
What position are you talking about? It's hard to answer your questions when asked in such a vague context.

the show on the 7-day cruises. Of course, I'm not sure they don't also do that show on the 14 day cruises. They are being just as vague as my question.
But the boat would be the Magic.
I have worked for Royal Caribbean so keep in mind that what I say might not apply to Disney at all...
Our casts had A LOT of time off so unless Disney makes the cast take on extra duties the only things stopping you from getting off the ship are boat drills, captains or department meetings, and rehearsals. I think for the most part the contracts are 6 months so don't worry, you'll have MORE than enough time to see each place - especially when you're docking there week after week after week.

I was more worried that the contracts would be TOO long - 13 yrs ago I was offered Holland America's west coast gig - it was 11 mos and I would probably not be able to see my husband for the entire 11 mos (never docked same city twice). I just felt that wasn't acceptable to leave my husband for so long - and those were the days before cel phones and internet.
6 mos I think i could handle - especially coming back to FL regularly.
