Posted: 2/23/12 at 11:00amNot really different from any other upper-class neighborhood. Disney already has hotel suites, penthouses, condos and timeshares of this scale. And they have more affordable options as well. I guess it's just about preference. To me, having a lush vacation home at Disney World would be a lot of fun, but living on a golf course sounds utterly ludicrous.

Posted: 2/23/12 at 11:33amI'm with you, Matt. It's like any other gated community or wealthy enclave. Except it's near Disneyworld...which, frankly, makes it more appealing than living near the Jolie-Pitts.
