Not really different from any other upper-class neighborhood. Disney already has hotel suites, penthouses, condos and timeshares of this scale. And they have more affordable options as well. I guess it's just about preference. To me, having a lush vacation home at Disney World would be a lot of fun, but living on a golf course sounds utterly ludicrous.

I'm with you, Matt. It's like any other gated community or wealthy enclave. Except it's near Disneyworld...which, frankly, makes it more appealing than living near the Jolie-Pitts.
