Do you need a room?

We're looking for a roommate to move in in January or February.

A large three-bedroom apt. in Yonkers, a 30 minute train ride from Grand Central. Laundry in the basement, large backyard, storage space, high-speed internet and cable, two laid-back roommates. Extremely reasonable rent.
