Jrb, my point (and reading over my last couple of posts, I’m not sure I made this clear), is I think it was much easier back in the day to write his eccentricities off as merely “weird.” Now they are so much more extreme, and seem less “weird” and more “cries for help.” There is a huge difference between Then (Bubbles the Chimp) and Now (surgically altering his face to such horrifying degrees). It makes it so much harder (for me, anyway) to enjoy his music.

I absolutely think MJ can make a comeback. But, just like jrb said, he needs to change - no more sleepovers, not more plastic surgury; just be normal (or, as normal as he can be). He does need to change his music a little bit, as well.

I know, personally, I'd buy tickets to his next concert.
