Subject says it all, really. I know that just about everything Norn says lately comes out incredibly sweet, and I'm no longer able to tell how much of that is Norn and how much is his beautiful avatar. I also seem to be getting in more fights since I upgraded to a creepy blood-soaked avatar. Has anyone else been having avatar-related thoughts along these lines?
Weez, that is such a good question. I wonder about that also. And when people change the avatar I don't know who they are. Especially the ones with similar names!
I hope so, because I never want anyone to take anything I say seriously.
No...people still accuse me of not knowing that Czechoslovakia no longer exists, and that Iraq and Pakistan do not share a border.
No, but it sure affects the contents of your PM box.
does mine?

"... it sure affects the contents of your PM box."
It sure does. Since I uploaded this one I've gotten lots of mail from others loving the Benanti hotness.

No one ever PMs me about my looks...
I definately think that avatars affect the connotation of people's posts.
People probably think I'm either a 43 year old man or a 16 year old girl who loves Leo haha.
I'm constantly receiving PM's from strangers about how much they love Scout. I can't help but think the avatar influences people's opinion of the person writing the post.
I don't know... I've used me for the past 3 years (updated of course), so everyone is probably just sick of looking at me.
I think it can influence people's first impressions of you, but it doesn't last. Your personality or, in some cases, persona will eventually reveal itself.
depends on the avatar.
Well, my screen name often gets me confused with DG. And now my avatar will get me confused with BdwayGirl.
This ought to be fun.
Conversely, I also think the way people post can affect how you feel about their avatars. Having never really paid ANY attention to the 'Legally Blonde' reality casting shenanigans (until, like, yesterday, when it became TOTALLY unavoidable), I had no real opinion on anything to do with it.
Now I'd merrily punch Emma Zaks in the face if I ever saw her walking down the street. ^_^
People often ask me if their mother s**ks c**ks in hell.
Well, do they?

I don't think so, but people do think I am way hotter than I actually am.
i dunno, yer pretty goddamn hot.
Bwah!
OMG, Papi, you and Rath actually agree on something!
Okay, I agree too, but I don't want to make her uncomfortable.
Other than Papa, no one who has met me has told me that I'm hotter than Chris Meloni.
"Well, do they?"
The obvious answer is NO, as there is no c**ksucking in hell... and that's why it's hell!
he is though. you are, bb. but the whole hetero thing might call into question my judgment on the hotness of other guys.
and that's what you were doing under the table, shames?
