There used to be one I went to in Union Square that I believed closed down and I'm just looking for someplace to sell/trade some discs.

Try Academy on 18th Street between 5th and 6th Aves. Great selection, good prices. I have no idea how they are on trades or what they pay for used stuff any more, but they used to be pretty good.

There's a pretty cool place I can't remember the name of on 41st between 5th and 6th Aves. Right behind Bryant Park. Very good selection and good deals.

Aren't there any FYE/Coconuts in the Manhattan area?

There are tons in Westchester.

They are predominantly a used CD/DVD store now, so don't forget about them! They always have great deals too (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, etc).
