Suck it Zoneface - like you are the only one with opinions around here? What are you, twelve? I know it was a joke - a bad one.

Try a little reading comprehension. We are saying he's not funny.

i saw a clip of this on youtube.com and i actually thought it was funny. the joke kept going when lance mentioned matthew mc. as being "sexiest man alive" and again referencing jake.
i didn't think it was in poor taste at all.

I'm not being a baby about the joke. I just didn't think it was funny. I don't care that it was a gay joke or whatever. It's just a stupid joke IMO. I'm not getting defensive about it.

I just saw it on youtube and I didn't find it funny at all. I found it offensive. Now let me clear on this, offensive and funny are not mutually exclusive in my book. There is a white man who dresses up in black face and does a stand up act as "Shirley Q Liquor." That man's act is both offensive and funny. Lance just wasn't funny.

Speaking of Lance Armstrong and Jake Gyllenhaal...has anyone else heard Jake's supposedly being considered to play Armstrong in his biopic? Is this for real? Is this really necessary? Shouldn't there be some statute of limitations-esque rule for the film world (at least a decade) before making a biopic?!?! Seems a bit much to moi.

There are so many issues in this thread, it's hard to know where to begin.
First of all, Lance is a bad guy for giving Sheryl Crow cancer. Not for his public speaking skills.
Second of all, it's nice that Jake said it's "okay" for Lance to do butt sex jokes, but then again, Jake's straight. He says. Supposedly. I know, right?
Third of all, RATHNAIT is saying that SOMEBODY ELSE isn't funny. That's a real "consider the source" moment. "[H]e's an athlete, not a comedian nor actor. He has all the charisma of a paper plate," she says.
Yes, but sometimes people just have to throw it all away and chase their dream because they must, they simply MUST.

I think I stole it from someplace. Oh yeah, Kathy Griffin's show. This season's gays said it to her under their breath. Gotta give credit where it's due.

I'm more interested in the Matthem McC. rumors, the ones friends are buzzing about, how he was found in fellatio delecti with rough trade at a luxery Manhattan hotel.

I found more humor in Guidos use of the word "uprage" on page 1.
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion."
