I'm sorry...but everytime I watch a show in which Willie Garson graces us with his "superb" acting talents as Stanford Blatch...I cringe.
Don't get me wrong. I think the character itself could have been genious...but he just plays it so over-the-top and cheesy it makes me wrech. When I think of how many actors out there that could have been so much better at the role, it's upsetting.
He just didn't fit the character at all, both physically and acting-wise. IMO, it was the only fault to "Sex and the City" which is, quite possibly, one of the best series' to hit television.
I don't know. Maybe it's just me. But I can't stand him.

He had such good chemistry with SJP (they're apparently real-life long-time friends) and the character was so great - unwilling to put up with Carrie's bullSH*T, and gave her a much needed verbal smack when he knew she was doing something stupid.
