Does anyone know know anything about Sudden Death (very sudden) in Parrots?????- Page 2

haha yeah mine do that too. If i'm in the family room where they are, and i'm doing something, they all fly over to distract me. especially if its food-related. then they usually just take my food and spill it somewhere. i remember once i was watching a movie and eating a popsicle and my one bird Budd (the sweet-tooth) just took my popsicle out of my hand and started eating it. he got all confused when it slid down the stick into his foot when it started to melt. he ended up shaking it all over trying to get it to the top again, and ended up getting it all over the couch

This parrot is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. This is a late parrot. It's a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot.

Now that's cute, drama! My bird's favorite food is pasta in red sauce. However, if he happens to be standing on my shoulder while I'm eating anything, he'll try to pull it out of my mouth!

i'm so sorry to hear about your bird

something similar to that happened to one of my parakeets, elliott. he was just standing on his perch and then he just fell to the floor of the cage and was dead. we took his cage mate olivia to the vet and he told us it was probably a heart attack since olivia was fine.

it was sad when it happened, but now we tell people he died in the line of duty.

Have a rabbit too i assume? Me too! I have a little brown dwarf, hes very old though, but quite healthy.

have 5 rabbits :)
they're all on the young side... my oldest (in my avatar) is almost 4 and was just spayed last week. the vet said she was very healthy.

actually, all our pets are on the young side... our oldest is a 6 year old parakeet named shawn.
