Weird? Well, I guess other people would consider ikra weird, but it's normal in my family.
The thing I've eaten the most of? Shrimp, maybe.
Grossest? Um...does calamari count?

The wierdest for me was frog legs (but that's only because I live in the Poconos and we don't have any place to buy those.)
The most I ate of something happened over one summer where I ate noodles for lunch every-other day (and some days inbetween)

Weirdest thing (to non-chinese people) would be Chicken feet. I actually really like it
. I've also had 100 year old egg (you know, the kind they eat on fear factor) and it isnt that bad.

Posted: 10/16/04 at 10:00pmUndiscovered- I was in Spain, and my tour guide said it was a delicacy, so some of my friends and I ran around Barcelona looking for it!

Posted: 10/16/04 at 10:29pmI don't really remember all the things I've ever eaten, but the grossest thing recently was moldy cheese. I thought all of the blue spots were some sort of flavoring.

A 100 year old egg is a duck egg that is preserved for about 30 days. The name comes from the egg looking like its 100 years old

Weirdest: I don't remember. One thing that comes to mind is eggplant, don't like that leaf in it.
Grossest: I don't remember anything specific, but I know I ate gross food before.
Most: Mashed potatoes!!! Especially with lots of salt (yeah, that's bad for you).

Weirdest and Grossest I honestly can't think of anything. I have a lot of stomach issues, but I'll try almost anything once.
The most of something had to be about 4 summers ago when, for about 3 weeks straight, I had a cheeseburger for lunch and dinner every single day. And, believe it or not, I didnt get sick of them and still eat them today.

Posted: 10/17/04 at 8:39pmI think I am going to win a prize for this one. There is an Eastern European dish that is Jewish called Petcha. You take take calve's foot bones and water and boil it for several hours until you have a thick stock. Let it come to room temp and then add a ton of chopped fresh garlic and some salt and pepper. Pour into a dish and chill until molded. Serve with hard boiled eggs. This looks like grey jello. It is a dish my mother often made when I was a child. I still enjoy it to this day. A while back I was at the Seventh Ave Deli on a trip with my synagogue and I ordered some. People fainted at my table.
