Once again, to my dismay, a Democrat proves my point. You break my heart, Pal. You really do. Because you don't listen to anyone. Everything is reactionary and defensive. Being unable to listen to anyone else's opinion without a need for quick retribution is a dangerous, dangerous thing.
I hope your life is less contentious than your politics because I wouldn't wish that much unhappiness, stubbornness and blind zealousness on anyone.
I hope your boy wins, Pal. I really, truly, honestly do and, just so you know, there isn't a disingenuous bone in my body. I figured that simple truth would be enough to assuage your vicious, unrelenting anger against anyone who's a non-Democrat. You accuse me of only seeing what I choose to see? Why don't you believe what happened to me today? Because of the very thing you accuse me of. Passion is good. It reminds us we're human. Passion that is untempered leads to rash action. I am afraid of you and afraid for you. Whoever wins this election, take yourself a long, relaxing vacation and don't think about anything political. Purge the system of all that anger. Find your happiness, then come talk to me. I'll probably still be here.
OR, blow me off. Ignore me. Don't listen to me, yet again. i wish I could say that I didn't care, but I do. Please don't respond to this post. At least give me the optimistic hope that you read it and didn't immediately think of it as an attack. That you are thinking about what I say. You may or may not actually be, but please give me that hope.
That's all from me. It's late. And a message board is simply not worth this much emotional investment. For goodness sake, I've never even really met you. Why should I care whether you hate me or not? Whether your happy or not? Whether you'll listen or not? I don't know, but judgin by the length of this post, much to my chagrin, it appears that I do. And now I'm worried that this'll be included under the "meltdowns" thread awhile back.
Good night, Pal. I'll see ya on the boards tomorrow.
Word. Word, indeed.
