Even 'Wicked' sarcasm is getting old...

I never thought I'd say it, but I'm even getting bored trying to think of witty (or somewhat witty) replies to the Wickettes and their posts.

I do like the show. I listen to the music alot, but there is serious overkill here. Even this post.

What to do... quick someone write a sequel to 'Rent'.

EVERYTHING about Wicked is getting old, if you ask me...

I know what you mean. I started to post something last night and then just thought, 'nah...what's the point"...not that there ever *was* a point, really. But the thrill is gone.

There ARE similarities, beyond demographic.
In both shows, someone who is supposed to die at the end doesn't because it's "happier" that way.

So do you all think that Mimi and Elphaba are really Jesus? I think that is the true meaning of these shows. How Christ, the outcast, changes people's lives (for good?) dies and then comes back to life so everyone can realize how much they loved them and learned from them. THE PASSION OF MIMI/ELPHABA?
