Posted: 10/13/11 at 10:34amI can get on the site now. I asked people at work yesterday evening and some people were having problems accessing it from their smart phones. They said something about having to get a new app to access it. Something just may have alerted Norton.

Posted: 10/14/11 at 2:46pmThe format changed in the iPhone, mysteriously. But it looks about the same via Google Chrome. I think Internet Explorer could be a factor (in my experience, IE is often the culprit for many issues.)
