Posted: 8/28/05 at 7:50amOnce on a visit to St. Louis, I discovered the STEEL GUITAR HALL OF FAME. It wasn't a building - it was an actual hall - a HALLWAY, that is. It was a corridor in the lower level of my hotel that lead from the area where all the banquet rooms were, under the street to the parking garage. The walls had bronze plaques honoring the great steel guitar players!
