Posted: 5/16/07 at 8:03pmI don't have the recipe with me, but my Mom makes this thing called trifle. It's really delicious. It is layers of chocolate cake cubes, Cool Whip, and toffee candies. The long part probably is making the two chocolate cakes...other than that it is a very easy recipe.

I can make only a few things but they are REALLY good if I say so myself.
Pineapple Upsidedown Cake
Cranberry Scones (from scratch)
and I can make pasta, but sadly have to result to pre-made sauce cause I lose interest and am lazy.
