I find Starbuck's coffee to taste overroasted, however, I love the caramel apple cider with whipped cream but it is toooo fattening to even think about. I was at the Flower Show in Edison, NJ yesterday and they had a Starbuck's stand, handing out sample drinks of Chantico. OMG!!!!!!!!!!! it is heaven but it is also almost 600 calories.

Their coffee is over-roasted - more like burned. I think they do this deliberately. Apparently it gives it either a caffeine boost or a caffeine drop. There are contrasting stories. Either way, I like my coffee (esp. my espresso) a bit bitter, so I like it.

Whipped cream on cider??

Look in the dictionary under Starbucks & you will see rip off or place where you get charged a ridiculous amount for even a plain cup of coffee

Reminds me of people paying good money for a pet rock or invisible dog. If it does it for you, however, great. I go only when my wife wants a cup & I get a plain coffee & she gets hers with all the bells & whistles on it

Sweetie, I can have WaWa coffee anytime day or night. Only bout 1/4 mile away from me.
