I know some of you were hating on the network in another thread a while back... this thread is NOT for you. For those who do watch and enjoy, I'm just wondering what your favorite show on there is? The new Austin season of Real World looks like it may be my new vice even though I don't watch that series as much as I did in the beginning. Which of the newer shows do you think will last a while?

Daria and I kindof like the Real World. If the rumors about Jessica and Nick arnt true, then their show will RUN.

I definitely miss Daria, and until this thread I hadn't thought about Undressed, but yes, I loved that show. My sleepover party in 6th grade caused such controversy because a few of us were watching it in my room while everyone else played truth or dare a few rooms away... "Lesa, that's sick!"
Anyway, as for current MTV, real world/road rules and all the challenges are my guilty pleasure. I <3 Dan...
i used to love club mtv with downtown julie borwn.........damn i'm old.
i used to love club mtv with downtown julie brown.........damn i'm old.
ha ha Matt!
MTV showed music videos?!!!
what a concept!
I loved the music videos, old school real world (Puck was hilariously awful!), Daria, Aeon Flux (They are making a movie out of this soon!), and 120 minutes. Oh and Unplugged!
My favorite was "Just Say Julie" with (the other) Julie Brown.
Loved the episode where she handed out the "Julie" awards (a spray painted dollar store 'Barbie' with bright orange hair that would not lay down). While presenting the life-time achievement "Julie," she gave a long, eloquent speech about rewarding an artist who had given everything to her fans...as she spoke, a small clip of Bette Midler ran across the bottom of the screen as "Wind Beneath My Wings" played. As soon as the clip reached the other side of the screen, Julie awarded the "Julie" to...herself! After a montage of hysterical, C-Grade highlights of Julie's career, the camera cut back to the studio and you saw the crew walking off the set in disgust.

Real World Austin looks reallyyy good. I like True Life and Made and I Want a Famous Face is hysterical because the people are so stupid. LOL

Have y'all seen NEXT? It's awful... There's five homos (well, on this one epside I watched) and every one of them were stereotypical fags. So depressing. I watched about five seconds and had to turn it off.
My favorite are the RR RR Chaallenges. Currently the Inferno.
oh i've watched next, captain obvious. they're not always gay folks, just five people and th en a person of their preferred sexuality i suppose. it's such an awful show because the person who gets to have all the dates is sooo bitchy every time. still an interesting waste-of-time show though.

OH! I forgot about Made! I LOVE that show! I especially loved the episode where the girl auditioned for 42nd Street! One reason being that I relized I took a tap class in NY from the guy leading the auditions.

I like True Life, but only the interesting ones... Like "I'm coming out" and the weird one with the guy who wanted bigger calves so he got implants. That kinda freaked me out.
