They can be from any televison shows, commercials, you name it.
I really like Steve Blum's voice. I loved him as Spike, and as Leeron on Gurren Lagann. You can also hear his voice in the current Ruby Tuesday's commercials.
Two words-- Patrick. Warburton.
Oh, and I loved Tony Jay as Frollo in Hunchback of Notre Dame. It's a pity he died...
Oh how could I forget Patrick?! Love him as Joe from Family Guy and Broc Samson from The Venture Bros.
Grey DeLisle, Will Friedle and Rachael Lillis to name a few.
I used to have quite a thing for Eric Stuart. Every now and then, I remember Kirby Morrow, and I'm always surprised to see he's just as pretty as I remember him.
Grey DeLisle is amazing. Her voice manages to be sliiiightly recognizable in every role she plays, but always different enough that you don't just immediately think, "Oh, it's her again."
And Susan Egan! She TOTALLY counts! She doesn't seem to vary it much, but she has a VERY sexy voice. :3
Cree Summer
Charlie Adler
All time favorites:
Paul Frees ---
Burgermeister Meisterberger, Boris, the voice of the Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland, the voice of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, numerous voices on the Banana Splits, so many brilliant voice-overs.

Verna Felton---
More classic Disney movie voices than any other actor or actress in history.
Dumbo - gossipy lady elephant
Cinderella - the fairy godmother
Alice in Wonderland - the Queen of Hearts
Lady and the Tramp - Aunt Sarah
Sleeping Beauty - Flora
The Jungle Book - Winifred, the elephant
In addition to the Disney work, she was also Pearl Slaghoople on "The Flinstones."
Eleanor Audley---
Another Disney legend. The stepmother in Cinderella and Malificent in Sleeping Beauty. Plus, she's the voice of Madame Leota on the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland.
Mel Blanc --- I don't even need to list his unmatchable credits.
June Foray --- same thing.
June Foray
Mae Questel
Mark Hamill
Let's not forget Tress Macneille.
That woman is hilarious.

I'm not really familiar with voice actors, but I think they should have their own category at the Oscars -- Best Performance by a Voice Actor in an Animated Feature (Best voice Actor for short) or something.
Besty-- THANK YOU!
All yesterday, I was trying to convince a girl in my chorus class that the stepmother in Cinderella and Maleficent were the same person. Mahaha. She's great...
Oh yeah, and I love Sterling Holloway!

I believe alot has been examined with this after Robin Williams in Alladin, Eddie Murphey in Shrek and Ellen Degeneris in Finding Nemo. Each was promoted in supporting acting categories.

Besides the obvious prime time animation stars - Dan Castalanetta, Hank Azaria, Seth McFarlane, etc., I gotta mention Maurice LaMarche, who's dead-on impersonation of Orson Welles was the basis for Pinky and the Brain.
Thurl Ravenscroft.
His voice is as memorable as his name.
Another Disney favorite, Reggie!
Thurl was part of the Mellowmen (quartet of singers). They're the ones in the Haunted Mansion singing "Grim Grinning Ghosts!" They sang many Disney songs, going back to Alice in Wonderland ("We're Painting the Roses Red!").
And of course, Thurl sang "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" on the classic TV special. He was also the voice of Tony the Tiger for Kellog's Frosted Flakes.
Hell, anytime he opens his mouth to sing or talk, he's memorable. I think he had 2 or 3 lines in the movie of "The Music Man," and you know who he is, right away!
The cast of THE FLINTSTONES:
Alan Reed (Fred), Jean Vander Pyl (Wilma), Mel Blanc (Barney) and Bea Benaderet (Betty).
