Not a fan of Raul Esparza. He reminds me of a clean shaven Caveman Lawyer.

I love Wicked.
I really liked Chess: In Concert and enjoyed Idina Menzel's "Nobody's Side."
I love RENT.

Ok, so what exactly is your point? So Phyllis Rogers Stone doesn't like the auto tuning of the singing, so what? I myself find it annoying too at times because they are supposed to be making themselves "better" with sectionals, when they end up sounding like they could blow their competition out of the water with every practice!
But as another poster on the other Glee post pointed out, the show is just looking to be kooky and fun. Not so much real as it is fantasy (it is a musical show.) Sort of how Scrubs is compared to ER ( Ok, so maybe not such a good comparison. With ER having the onslaught of helicopter, shoot outs, and weather disasters. But you get my drift.)
And why stop watching? The show could get possibly better for others as it goes on. I myself watched the first season of Arrested Development and actually thought the second season was better than the first season.

Why not just check out clips of the movie and tv show on youtube and decide for yourself? How do you know that the majority of people on here will say FAME the movie, then you end up buying it and you don't like it at all?

I just LOVE how posters on here say there is an abundance of threads about a certain topic, but yet fail to provide the links.

If you're really, really, REALLY desperate, just use regular rock, pop music.
I remember when I was back in high school always trying to be extra super special with my projects, but then you just learn that some things you just can't get done on time.
Maybe you can do the whole broadway showtunes thing for another project?

Kristen Bell as Amneris maybe? Elle from Heroes kind of reminded me of Amneris's character a bit. She plays the jealous and manipulative type well.
