re: Favorite commercial

The Ikea commercial with the little white dog who isn't sure he has come home to the right house, because his owners have redecorated.
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

Oooh that reminds me of the Ikea commercial where there's this lamp and its out in the rain and this guy comes out and he's like "Some of you feel bad for this lamp, that's cause you cracey (he had a german-like accent)" It's funny cause I kinda felt bad for it!

re: Favorite commercial

I believe that was directed by Spike Jonze (brilliant film-maker, hilarious commercial).

re: Favorite commercial

I love the Snickers commercial with the guy that works as a cartoon animal at a theme park.

"Let's ask Sparky what time the next water show is!"
::points at sign:: GEE, I wonder when the next water show is!!

and at the end the little kid comes up to him and says something like "Are you really a dog?"
And he responses "No, I'm a man who's made a lot of mistakes."

Its one of those "side effects of hunger" commercials.

They should definitely give it more air time b/c it makes me laugh just thinking about it.

I love the margarine commercial where the margarine container is empty, and there's a potato lying on the microwave and it rolls of and spears itself onto a fork standing next to the microwave.
The potato killed itself. So it was pulled off the air pretty quickly. But it was freaking hilarious.

re: Favorite commercial

aw i wish i saw that one... sounds entertaining.. may i ask how that has anything to do with margarine though?
#19

re: Favorite commercial

the margarine is empty, and the potato feels alone without it (there's some song about being lonely in the background), so it kills itself because it can't be with the margarine.
