"This is what you get when liberals try to pass legislation."
Otherwise stated, this is what you get when conservatives are appointed to the bench.

Let's go over it slowly:
Liberals wanted healthcare so badly that they didn't take time to think it out. Remember Pelosi saying: "We need to pass it to see what's in it?"
Obama and Democrats decided that all subsidy costs would be passed to the states.
Some states said "We can't afford this." So the Federal Government decided for those states that they would set up healthcare.gov and provide subsidies.
But the law says that the Fed Government can't offer subsidies.
So yes, it's Democrats not knowing what f*ck they are doing.

Yes, why should a law mean what it says? Let's just make it mean whatever we feel like it should say. No other POTUS would have gotten away with this crap.

Ugh...so close. You actually have a valid argument, yet you insist on going there. Bottom line: EVERY other POTUS tries crap like this, and they get away with it in varying degrees.

Every other POTUS got called out on it. Obama keeps getting do-over after do-over. He takes responsibility for nothing. He is the only POTUS that leads from behind.

Again, you're making patently false statements, and obfuscating your valid points. If you need to look for a POTUS who got away with far more than Obama, or anyone else, you need look no further than Reagan.

The Fourth Circuit just issued a conflicting ruling:
"The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond, upheld the subsidies, saying that a rule issued by the Internal Revenue Service was “a permissible exercise of the agency’s discretion.”
The ruling came within hours of a 2-to-1 ruling by a panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which said that the government could not subsidize insurance for people in states that use the federal exchange."

Let me see if it get this straight. The 4th Circuit Appeals Court and the all-powerful DC Circuit Appeals Court have made separate rulings on the same question of law, that are at variance with each other.
Does the matter now automatically get placed in queue for review by the SCOTUS via certiorari?
