I don't know if any of you have been following this, but the verdict came back regarding the fraudulent practice of gay conversion therapy. A jury found that organizations that peddle such insidious 'therapy' are committing consumer fraud.
Full disclosure, I work at the firm that represents the plaintiffs in this case. Though I didn't get the chance to work on it, one of my dearest friends here did a sh*t-ton of work on it and I couldn't be more proud!

I haven't been following the details, but I'd heard of it.
Congratulations to your firm, and to your friend.
And, congratulations to all who will benefit from this verdict!

Indeed! It's about time the fraud was exposed for what it is! Congratulations!

Thank you. This morning it's all over FB, which it should be. This is landmark. What's startling, as always, are the comments posted in the NJ press. "Religious liberty" is now the default catchall justification for any appalling practice sidestepping protective statues to ensure LGBTQ rights. And idiots are ranting that since psychics aren't forbidden from giving prognostication, why shouldn't quacks be allowed to let you beat an effigy of your mama to pray away the gay?
