Mauriposa - maybe he meant 'expect', which would only mean he typed in a couple of letters out of sequence.

Hah, good. I do the same thing, except...I usually screw up with my pet peeves, there, there, and their. Or its and it's. I'm something of a grammar nazi about those. But, sometimes I'm just typing away and - lo and behold - something horrendous slips out. Then, I become overly self-conscious, reprimand myself eight thousand times, make sure everyone knows I'm not awful at grammar, and pay unusual attention to my typing for the next, oh, two minutes. =P

Mmm, and since my confession here has nothing to do with the subject, I will say...oh, boo, it's not coming to Chicago! =/
