Isn't the revival rule 10 years?

I have not seen the show but I find it so interesting that a role like this continues to get good talent to be - what? a 5th? 6th replacement? Congrats on those creatives. 

How about the just live stream the iconic moment in Time Square every night? 

People complain that the TONYS are always low in ratings, don't get the coverage they deserve, etc...

So the hire a host who can get more eyes on it...and they complain? 

Make it make sense.

Huge fan here, excited to see her host and likely perform.

I'm surprised MAMMA MIA producers aren't trying to find a way to stay put through Summer. 

THIS is the kind of buzzy revival that should fill The Palace. 

Am I insane or did Jerry's IG pretty much all but elude to the fact it's transferring to the West End and Jasmine is still attached? 

Don't under estimate the star power of these two. Taraji, while there will be time in-between, is coming off a very successful Netflix film. Not to mention, these two won't be opposed to doing the media circuit as much as possible.

I'm always baffled when people think someone like Miley Cyrus, one of the biggest names and stars in the world would be what? A 4th replacement? Same for Cynthia. Not the caliber of Miley but still a recognizable name and talent who in my opinion, is too good to be a replacement to the replacement to the replacement to the replacement. 

Nicole was PHENOMENAL. Shame she's hideous. (That sarcasm before you all overreact). 

Again with the damn empty seats?!

Shows like the Tony Awards change until the very last minute...but seems silly to think a petition done less than a week out is going to warrant real change.

You do realize performances are funded by producers of shows? CBS doesn't give two rips about your petition. If the producers ponied up the cash, she'd be on the show.

She'll be there. Nominated. THAT is her representation. 

The last show to release this much footage before opening night was Lempicka.

Not sure how credible it is, as it's not a direct source, but I heard they may be pushing back opening night and cancelling a few previews to make some changes? Any word on this? Seems to me it's a bit too late....
