so is The Grapes of Wrath.
I decided not to bother studying.
I only need a 72 to make an A for the year.
But, with my luck, I'll probably get a 71.4
STP- I'm in the same situation w/ Precalc. I'm so afraid I'll get *just* below what I need. But, actually, if that happened, my teacher would probably let me make up that .1 through extra credit, because he is fairly understanding.

I think I failed Chemistry, I disliked it so much.
It was a passionate dislike. It kept me awake nights.

Let's switch back to food.
Much more universal appeal.
My memory of Chemistry class was my teacher yelling "Titrate to the endpoint and NOT beyond!" all the time during lab.

ugh i HATE titrations.
hell, i hate chem in general.
I only got gumbo at school.
Shrimp tonight though...stir fry (not so hot)
this thread title just reminded me something...
I *heart* StickToPriest!
going back to the food, the Copper River salmon season began this week. I had it for dinner tonight with risotto and asparagus... it's SO good. If you like salmon, check if your store carries the Copper River salmon. It's only available 2 weeks a year.
I picked up roasted chicken for my parents and I -- my mother didn't want to cook (and hell, the chicken is better than her cooking).
I had roasted asparigus w olive oil & parmesan. MMMM.
I was great at titrations.
I was terrible at everything else.
I don't think I ever learned the difference between molarity and molality.
Simply, molality has two L's. Molarity has one.
I'm just glad other people knew what titration was. When I posted that I felt like a super dork.
HAHA..I cared first season..then second season but they kicked off my favorite person in like teh top five, and then OMG they did it again 3rd season..and OMG again this season. They always get rid of the most talented person 4th or 5th. (
EXAMPLE:
this season: Vonzell #3
3rd season: Jennifer Hudson #5, and LaToya London #4
2nd season: Trenyce #5
ALL the white people on the show (beside Kelly Clarkson) I always think SUCK...(and I am white..as white as they get).
On that note...I don't like fish...so I'm not excited for your gumbo w/e..ahah
I don't care what the general population thinks, the best person ever on that show was Kimberly Caldwell in Season 2. I would kill to have a voice like that.
I've yet to make it through more than 5 seconds, literally, of an episode.
I'm with bythesword on this one -- it drives me nuts.
Yeah I can't stand it either. I went out to eat with my parents and my husband last night. My father ruined our meal because he kept rushing the waiter and complaining because he was going to miss 5 seconds of his precious American Idol. Its sickening. I lost all respect for it after they made a mockery of William Hung and let him make a cd and toured him around the country. That poor kid thinks that people really like him when all they are doing is making fun of him. Its tragic. On top of that they never keep the good people on very long.
