I finally was physically able to sleep in. It's been lately that no matter what time I go to sleep (like 2:30 for example) I still wake up around 7:30. This morning I woke up at 5:30 but was able to fall back asleep. Hurrah.

My show opens tonight! Woot!

I am still not hungry. I haven't been for days. It's really weird.

I'm sorry, Caitie. banal thread Best wishes to her.

I am having a terrible day. It was awful from the moment I opened my eyes this morning. I want it to go by quickly, but I know it won't. I'm going to be late to work. I wish I didn't have to go at all. I just want to stay in bed. I have too much on my mind, and by the end of the week, I'm tired of constantly running around, and I am physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. I want to just sit around for a day free of all stress and obligation, with like, braincell-killing television.

I woke up this morning at 6:30 because the people in the house next door are having work on their roof done. So I woke up to the sound of nails being pounded into their roof. What kind of roofing company works at 6:30 in the morning?!?

I was out with my friend this morning and she stopped and bought a $20 scratch off lottery ticket. She proceeded to scratch it off and find out she won $20,000 dollars. Needless to say both her and I have no voices left. I didn't think people actually could win that kind of money on those things!!

*runs out and spends lifes savings on lotto tickets*

I learned yesterday never to drink 3 glasses of water before seeing a show. When I saw Rent yesterday I had to go to the bathroom so bad so being in row EE of the front mezz. I just hopped over the seat and ran to the bathroom. This guy told me great job and laughed and I jumped back over into my seat. It was really funny and I only missed the end of La Vie Boheme and beginning of I Should Tell You.

new_philosophy_girl, that's really awesome! They always say you can win up to "X thousand dolllars" but really, you only ever hear about people winning $5 or $20 or something, which barely makes back the money you spent on the cards in the first place.

ikmbway, I drank a movie-theater-large Sprite in the first 30 minutes of Titanic. All those shots of the doors bursting open because of all the water were *not* helpful. But I made it until the end!

Being woken up by the phone at 9am is NOT pleasant. And I think I have an ear infection.

Many months ago, I had dinner and drank so much water- I had been walking around the city for a long, long time and was very thirsty. Around 7:15 my friend calls me and tells me to come to the Nederlander theatre. I go and she shows me her tickets- she won RENT lotto and I was invited!!

First row, middle seats- middle/end of first act I literally was going to pee myself- I kid you not. I've never had to go so bad. I can't even remember when I went- I tried to wait for the most appropriate time and I hopped over my friend and ran out. I waited until intermission to go back to the seat. I felt absolutely aweful to leave but if I didn't...well, that seat wouldn't have been the same as when I sat in it at the beginning.
