It's nice to see that the board is working.

I'm in a terrible mood. My boyfriend was supposed to come visit me this weekend, and I got tickets for us to go to the Paul Simon concert. But he just got hired at a new job, and he told them he needed this weekend off when he started working there, and now they won't let him have it off. banal thread

I woke up about 45 minutes ago from a nice, long period of sleep. I slept about 14 hours. It's a new record! Hehe.

Well, I'll probably be up until 3 in the morning...

I was making my mom listen to RENT in the car today on my 45 minute drive to the doctor's and she started singing along! I just stared at her and she was like "What, I like this song" She also kept asking me who was singing what parts and what was happening at that point in the show. I'm like "When did this happen?" She also told me that she would have liked the movie more (I made her watch it once) if they didn't use the name Mimi. Our neighbor had a cat who died who was named Mimi, and my mom can only think of the cat whenever she hears that name. She also made me change the song halfway through Contact because she couldn't concentrate.

Today, I was teaching this girl how to do a back glide, and she decided to go before I told her to and before I had moved away. So, she threw herself backwards, with me about 3 inches from her, and the back of her head collided with the side of my face. It crashed into my jaw so hard that I bit my tongue, which bled for almost two hours, and which has now swollen, making it difficult to talk properly. I also got kicked in the shoulder, among other things. Yay.

Ouch! banal thread Poor Elphie.

I'm trying to edit my settings on BWW, and every time I click to update, I get an error.

Oh yeah, I forgot. Earlier I almost chopped off part of the skin on my thumb with a lock on one of the bathroom stalls. Today seems to have been "Hurt Elphie Day".

I've never tried to edit my settings. I think it would confuse me too much.

My mom bought me something called Hask Placenta for my hair, but I'm a little wary of puting any product with the world 'placenta' in its name near my face.

Maybe I'm just overlooking the thread where it says this but: After all this maintenence and no access to BWW, what exactly is different?

So- I usually go to the supermarket often (they have really good lunches) and the checkout people know me.
I was buying gum while getting my lunch and the gum was a 3 pack with a 1$ coupon inside of it for when you buy 3- 3 packs you get 1$ off. So, as the cashier was putting the groceries in the bag from the guy before me, she subtly motions for me to open the gum and take out the coupon. I look at her confused and told her it's for 3-3 pack. She kinda rolled her eyes and at that point I understood. So, I opened the pack of gum and she took the coupon and took the dollar off the 1 pack I bought.
I am so 'to the law' that I couldn't even understand what she wanted me to do. I felt bad but, whatever- she told me to do it, she was being nice and all is good now! banal thread

Did anybody understand that at all? Wow.
