Cramps suck, as does having to choose between staying cool and being able to hear myself think because my air conditioner is so f**king noisy.

we're going to brunch today with people we don't like (don't ask, I know....). One is ok, the other is a Broadway snob, who literally knows nothing about Broadway......
It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story...

Apparently my family is going to Hawaii over Christmas time...which is awesome, but we each need to pay for our own flight. It's not fair...one of my sisters is a research assistant and the other is a doctor...they have lots more money than me. I'm gonna need to get a paying job. And I haven't even been able to get a non-paying job yet

I had hoped for a UMass upset over UVA today, but apparently, that's not going to happen. UMass has never been to the championship round before, and since UVA is undefeated all season, it'd be sweet to see them lose in the final game.

I just got back from the park. I sat for an hour and felt absolutely disgusting. There so needs to be a nice pool in the middle of Central Park

No joke, I filled out about 30 applications before this one. I only had one other interview (which didn't lead to a job)...thus my excitement about finding it....the only way I knew they were hiring was busting out a phone book and calling everywhere I could think of...
