I cannot believe I'm 20 years old and my father thinks he can make me go to sleep.

I scratched my arm so hard that I made it bleed.

Rogue, that's hilarious.

Something similar happened to me last week. My cousin and I were lounging on the grass in Bryant Park and I was using my bag as my pillow, and all of a sudden I heard a faint "And who are we to deny it in here?" And I jumped up and said "They're playing A Little Priest!" and started looking around for who was playing it. And my cousin was like "If by 'they' you mean your iPod." Maybe it was because I was very very, over-tired, but it cracked me up.

Why am I still awake??

I'm searching for on-campus jobs...because the customer I had today made me realize how much I really don't like working at the movies.

I have to finish an essay reflecting on my personal response about an analytical essay I wrote at the beginning of the summer about Les Miz (the book).

That happened to me once. I had to get up at 8:30 one morning, and I fell asleep at 4:30. Not very good, now, is that?

I had to get up at 7 for the assistant rabbi's baby naming. Since my dad is the Rabbi, I had to be there an hour early...

Why am I up right now? I was hoping yesterday that I wasn't getting sick and guess what?

I am sick.

I'm up again. Eating Golden Grahams and drinking coffee.
Gavroche, thank you. I have the urge to get Limewire back and go crazy again. Last time I downloaded a bunch of stuff I filled up four whole CDs.

Heh, not quite the same ipod story, but an amusing one...

Sometimes I fall asleep with my Ipod on shuffle...then Prologue from the original Sweeney CD will come on, and the scary noise happens and totally disturbs my sleep and scares me and wakes me up and makes me jump.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

That happenes to me except kind of different. I turn on the American Theater Wing Podcasts and will fall asleep in the middle of an interview. And I wake up in the middle of the night and jump up because I hear John VanSusin (whatever his name is) laughing REALLY LOUD.

Yes my dad is a rabbi. It is very hard.

Everytime I go I have to get kissed by about 1000 people. My dad has to talk to everybody (and my mom) so we can never leave for about four hours. We are always getting phone calls in the middle of the night about people who died. Wherever we go we run into a member of the synagogue and that takes a half hour. We ran into one in the middle of Times Square, a cruise ship in Alaska, Billy Elliot in London, and Eygypt. Also around the High Holidays I never see him (September and October). I think those are my only complaints. Oh ya and that there were 843 people at my Bar Mitzvah (we had to invite everyone) but that is 843 presents!

834 presents????
Why isn't my dad a rabbi?
Probably because we aren't Jewish.
