For Those Who Feel The Need To Share All of Their Banal Details Part 4

My 17 year old brother just sent me videos (on YouTube) of he and his friends, drunk, "singing" Bohemian Rhapsody. My mama's boy, never-do-anything-wrong, perfect angel brother.
Apparently, my parents think he's still such. He lies to them, and they buy it without asking twice.
He begged me not to tell my mom. I don't know if I should show these to her; I don't want to do it to tattle on him, or whatever, but he's so afraid of getting caught -- which is why he lies to my parents -- that he would probably sooner drive home drunk than call my parents to come get him. And they're trusting him with their cars.

Because he thinks they're funny. Which... well, they're not. They're obnoxious.
If I told my mom, he'd get really mad at me, but that's about all I have to lose. He doesn't talk to me all that much anyway, and it's not like I'm in the house... so he can't charge into my room and beat me up like he would if I were there. So he'll yell at me on AIM. Whatever.
I don't know what to do. My mom will punish him and he'll be upset with me. He says he 'always' sleeps over. Bleh.

That is kind of like my dilema, but a lot different.
I would tell your mom
#1804for those who feel the need to share all of their banal details part 4
Posted: 9/3/06 at 3:56pmI probably will. She may very well tell me to shut up and that it's not my problem, but it's not like he was going to tell HER. And at least I have the good sense not to trust the kid, which my mother lacks.

I'm wearing a white skirt today, since I just realized that today is the last day I can wear it again until Memorial Day. Or at least Easter.

Posted: 9/3/06 at 6:42pmNeddyFrank, Arnold isn't wearing a skirt. It's the bottom of a flannel shirt poking out of a sweater. It took me like 2 years to figure that out, haha!

I'm confused...what's with the white skirt?
I'm back in Florida. Yipeee- not really.
I turned off my air before I left (in case electricity went off) so when I walked in, it was really, really hot!
I just turned the air on 65- when it gets cooler, I'll turn it up a bit.

Posted: 9/3/06 at 10:59pmI went grocery shopping with my mother (something I don't typically do), and for one reason or another we walked there with a shopping cart instead of driving. We have this bad habit of jaywalking. (Yes, even with a heavy load of groceries.) And I nearly died today because we had two drivers roll down their windows to make rather interesting remarks. I loved the second one...it was a elderly man who actually slowed down (we had intentions of crossing the street once the car passed us). He rolled down his window and asked me if I was giving him the finger. It didn't help that I was pointing...*sigh*

Anyone else catch the showing of Broadway's Lost Treasures on PBS last night? Or was that just in my area?
I recorded it and just watched it...ahh, makes me smile.

Arnold wore a kilt, didn't he?
SweetQ, the white thing is that there is an unspoken rule stating that you can't wear white after Labor Day. I think it's stupid, really. No one cares.
I'm in a mixed mood. Probably because I just worked for 8 hours straight doing nothing but cleaning theatres. And I found Into the Woods clips online that made me laugh for a while.

It's definitely a flannel shirt. The collar is poking out of the top, and there are buttons down the middle.
