Hey All,

I'm think about investing in some foreign language learning software for German.

I've read some very good and some very bad things about Rosetta Stone.

Does anyone have any experience with it? Or might be able to recommend a better system?

From everything I've heard about Rosetta Stone, it's amazing. If you search on Craigslist, I always find bootleg versions of it available for around $50 or less. I've thought about picking one up because I really want to learn Italian but don't want to spend the $800 right now...

Just a thought.

It's the most user friendly format for language learning out there. I only wish it was more conversational from the beginning. Honestly, being able to say The Car Is Red isn't too useful when someone asks how you are feeling today.

There are lots of places to download it for free, if you are into that kind of thing. Just to try it before you sink $800 into it, of course.

Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!
