Is it time for a drink yet?
If so, may I have one?
It's definitely Caipirinha time!
I'm still waiting, Craig!
You shouldn't keep a lady waiting, Craig!
No one in Seattle has them... I thought this one place we went to would have them, and alas, they didn't. I'm going to have to wait until my next trip back east to have one.
DayDreamer. You need to buy some Cachaca and make them at home them. Very easy.. and fun!
How is it possible that the summer has come and gone, and I STILL haven't had a caipirinha?!
Because the world is evil, Addy!
What the hell IS a caipirinha?
Craig, I think that must be it!
tsk, tsk, Addy. I've had several.
shira: Caipirinha... muddle limes and sugar.cachaca and ice.. think with club soda, but that's bastardizing it. or summer in a tumbler...

Cachaca...do most liquor stores carry this?
cause, this is looking damn good to me...i'm thinking of making about 12 for tonight.
I dunno if most do. But it should be listed close to rums, as it's a cane distilled "rum" of sorts...
Most do carry it.
Oh and Craig... I had it this weekend. FABU
Did you DAME? Addy and I were discussing that very thing at Standing Ovations IV
That I was having it?
Can't wait for my trip back east in December to have a Caipirinha again.
I am sure you can find it in Seattle.
Oh, I don't want to 'make' them, I want to go somewhere that serves them. And I haven't found a place in Seattle that does, unfortunately. I thought I had, alas, I was wrong.
pity bump. ( LOL)
Now I am only kidding. I don't want to experience the rath of Craig. ( and I do love Caipiriha)
Pity?
Pity?
We don't need your stinkin' pity.
We like Caipirinha's being the less trendy drink
It is not about being trendy. IT IS A STATE OF MIND.
In the midst of all this cold, nothing sounds better than having a caipirinha and imagining oneself on a tropical beach...

Or, a Mojito!
We just paid our deposit for the Outer Banks for next July, I know it is not tropical, but we love it!
