Had a Caipirinha at Vintage over the weekend. Have to say that it wasn't prepared very well (the limes weren't smashed and there was barely any sugar). I think it was the bartender we had because we watch the other make one it seemed correct.

Well, I've only had them twice... during my recent trip to DC. Logan Tavern on P St. made my favorite one.
