My favorite Chinese place gives a fortune cookie that is half dipped in chocolate. Who cares about the fortune when you get chocolate!

SOMMS, funny you should mention those chocolate-dipped fortune cookies. I brought this giant bag of fortune cookies back from San Francisco, and last night I really craved one dipped in chocolate, so I alternated bites of a fortune cookie with bites of a dark chocolate bar. Mmmmmm.

It turns out that the name of the company that makes these very yummy cookies is Mr. Fong's. But I don' think I can order from them directly. Damn Mr. Fong!

I've gotten them here to give as gifts, Miss P. I think my Chinese place dips there own. I did have the confetti dipped cookie at an event last month.

The one I just opened this very second says--

Can't get a better fortune than that.

I HATE when fortune cookies give you some generic saying or words to live by instead of an actual fortune. I want it to say something like "Dont get in a red car today". I did get one the day before I gave birth that said "A happy event will take place in your family" I still have that one.
