I love fountain drinks so much more than a coke in a can or bottle. What about you?
Have a wonderful evening!

Posted: 7/16/04 at 12:13amEmcee, it is because the syrup and carbonation is mixed fresh right there...my mommy tells me that they have the same taste, but there is a huge difference!

Posted: 7/16/04 at 8:53amI like fountain because you can get a 44 ouncer for less than a buck at gas stations. (usually about 80 cents) 20 ouncers are at least a buck so you are getting over twice as much drink for your money. Unfortunately it isnt very healthy.

I don't do dishes and bottles tend to be more syrupy.

bottles...chilled bottles
Fountains sometimes aren't mixed correctly and you end up with the carbonation and little flavor

I love fountain sodas of all kinds! Not sure why, Perhaps it is a fond childhood memory.
I am still mourning the diner on 22nd and Broadway that is no longer there that made the most incredible Lime Rickies! Any New Yorkers know of other places in town?
