Don’t play dumb with me. You know exactly why you’re here and you know exactly what happened. You say you didn’t do it, that Jenny was a friend of yours and you don’t go around killing your friends. But let me spell it out to you, let me tell you exactly what happened: You took a walk with her that night on the promenade. It was raining lightly, a bit romantic. You had been deeply in love with Jenny for a long time, but you’re a weirdo, a loner. She knew you were overly involved, and it creeped her out. But still, she told you she loved you, but not “that way.” This infuriated you. She sensed your rage, so she told you she had someplace to go. That’s when you finally snapped. You grabbed her and you squeezed her. She struggled to get away, so you held her even closer, tighter. By then she couldn’t scream at all, she couldn’t make any sounds at all. And you squeezed her life right out of her. You killed her. Why? Cuz you’re a killer, that’s why. Don’t complain to me that you know your rights. What about Jenny’s rights? We’re gonna put you away, kid.
