OK, these questions will reveal things about your personality. I'll tell you what they mean after a sufficient amount of people answer them. Answer with the first thing that pops into your head.

1. You're walking around and you turn a corner and come to a blank wall. What's on the other side of the wall?

2. You're standing on the beach looking out at the water. What does the ocean represent to you?

3. What is your favorite animal?

4. What about that animal makes it your favorite?

5. Describe your dream house. Would it be in the city or in the middle of nowhere? High ceilings/low ceilings? Big windows/small windows? A porch?

1. You're walking around and you turn a corner and come to a blank wall. What's on the other side of the wall?

a cheering audience

2. You're standing on the beach looking out at the water. What does the ocean represent to you?

vacationing/relaxing

3. What is your favorite animal?

Golden Retrievers

4. What about that animal makes it your favorite?

They're adorable, smart but stubborn, and energetic

5. Describe your dream house. Would it be in the city or in the middle of nowhere? High ceilings/low ceilings? Big windows/small windows? A porch?

An appartment in a decent part of NYC. Close enough to wherever I would work so that walking there would only take a couple minutes, and big enough to have a roommate. Small windows, umm low ceilings but not so that I would have to duck to get through doors etc, and no porch

Here in this cold white room tied up to these machines, it's hard to imagine life as it used to be. Laughing, screaming, tumbling queen... Like the most amazing light show you've ever seen. Whirling, swirling, never blue... How could you go and die? What a selfish thing to do... RIP Jason

1. You're walking around and you turn a corner and come to a blank wall. What's on the other side of the wall?

A deserted street with similar houses lining the sidewalks.

2. You're standing on the beach looking out at the water. What does the ocean represent to you?

Peace.

3. What is your favorite animal?

Cat.

4. What about that animal makes it your favorite?

They do whatever the hell they want and get away with it. They're only affectionate when they want to be. If they don't want to be touched or petted, you'll know.

ETA: I'm terribly blind.

5. Describe your dream house. Would it be in the city or in the middle of nowhere? High ceilings/low ceilings? Big windows/small windows? A porch?

A moderately-sized mansion. Each room would be decorated in very rich colors, and each room would have a different color scheme (pinks and purples, greens and blues, reds and oranges, light yellows and dark blues, and so on). It would be very plush, and very inviting. Some rooms would have big windows, and some wouldn't. The ceilings would be...not too high and not too low. Let's say...nine or ten feet. It would be in the suburbs, I guess, since there wouldn't be room in the city. But definitely not in the middle on nowhere, because then we couldn't invite our neighbors over for gatherings and such. There would be a porch in the back and a huge lawn surrounding the house. A pool, of course. Hardwood floors and such. Paintings by my favorite artists in several rooms and cast recordings of any and every show constantly being piped through the stereo system that snakes through the house. An inside jacuzzi and steam room. And...a very spacious bedroom. Large bed (with a strong, well-built headboard, ahem) with a lot of quilts and pillows. Updated On: 11/28/04 at 05:52 PM

A naked Hugh Jackman.

2. You're standing on the beach looking out at the water. What does the ocean represent to you?

Serenity.

3. What is your favorite animal?

Turtles.

4. What about that animal makes it your favorite?

It's slow and kinda crusty. I can relate.

5. Describe your dream house. Would it be in the city or in the middle of nowhere? High ceilings/low ceilings? Big windows/small windows? A porch?

In the city - Central Park West. High ceilings, big windows (floor to ceiling, natch). No porch, but a balcony to throw husband number 3 off of.

2. Freedom
3. Dolphins
4. I'm not sure. They just always have been. I suppose if I had to say why, it would have to be that I associate them with freedom and independence.
5. A house a lot like the one I grew up in. Not in a huge city, but a considerably sized one, maybe 100,000 or so. Low ceilings, big windows, definitely a porch.

1. Thisby from A Midsummer Night's Dream.

2. A long painful shower to get rid of all the sand. (I hate the ocean.)

3. Dog

4. Because they're cuddly and they love me.

5. Dream house would be in a moderate-sized city, right outside an even bigger city. The house would be a good size (3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths), but not a mansion. It would be very cozy and English cottage/Tudor style. And yes, it would have porch. (Keep in mind, this is if I am living with a mate. If not, I'd like something similiar to Matt_G's.) OK, the first question represents what you need in your life.
The second is what sex represents to you.
The third and fourth (fourth in particular) represent what you look for in a mate.
The fifth question represent your state of mind. If you like high ceilings, big windows, living in a city, etc, you are a very open-minded person. This question usually shows a happy medium of open and close-mindedness.
