I loved the finale.
I am unapologetically and happily a Gleek. I recognize its imperfections but, for some reason, they don't bother me in the slightest or detract from my enjoyment. When the show gets it right, it gets under my skin in the very best way. I'm also thrilled that there is a showcase out there for these incredibly talented performers.
And Jane Lynch is the best thing on television.
I loved the finale. I thought it was great! I cried, too! Im such a nerd.
LOVED Jonathan Groff. I reallly want him to come back next year.
^^^^Agree with everything you said blueroses!
I will agree there were a couple of things odd, like Quinn being back in school so quickly and Shelby being able to take the baby without any questions or going through the process of becoming an adoptive parent. But, in the end, it really doesn't matter.
I'm pretty sure that if a mother simply chooses you and there aren't really arguments about the type of adoption, that it can be a fairly simple process.
I'm not sure how to bring Jessie back: he was a senior this season, so he's graduated now.

Jessie can come back the same way Kristen Chenoweth came back. If you don't graduate, you can still compete in Glee.
^^^OR, he can take over Shelby's coaching gig!
Loved the finale and love that they did not win (though I think Vocal Adrenaline did the impossible by overdoing Bohemian Rhapsody. A grand piano and Groff's facial expression did me in.). For some reason that cut to cut montage of Bohemian Rhapsody and the birth scene totally worked. Puck's look on face from trying to see what was going on down there was priceless.
The only way I want Jesse to come back is to be completely burned out due to how guilt-ridden he was for what he did.
I am totally fine with more April Rhodes and even Shelby but dang, we need to start seeing Rachel's dads.

You captured it perfectly.
I love this show, and I love that it's now cool to be in a Glee Club!
I went to the Glee Tour concert over Memorial Day weekend, and I just LOVED seeing all of the young teenagers in the audience singing along to songs which one never imagined they would be interested in - let alone know every word to!
I'm proudly a Gleek!

Without re-reading the entire thread, has it been mentioned that John Stamos will play Jayma Mays' dentist boyfriend next season?
link on the past page I believe
Ok so confirmed guest stars next season:
John Stamos
Leona Lewis (if you haven't seen it already, youtube it - Matthew joined her on stage at her London concert on Weds I believe and sang "Somewhere over the Rainbow"). No clue what her role will be.
Kristen Cheno - will be back in Season 2
Rumored -
Justin Timberlake - to play Will's little brother
Daniel Radcliffe - no clue, but during press for the new theme park he stated he'd really like to do Glee if he could.
Coldplay has now decided they would open their song books up to GLEE, but I for one hope that doesn't happen.
This has probably been mentioned by Ryan Murphy confirmed that a Carrie Underwood-inspired country singer character, who I believe would be a McKinley student, will be around. The character will be looked at as a good Christian but I read conflicting things about her dynamic to a character like Kurt but she is Rachel's rival (wonder if that includes vying for Finn). Mercedes will also have a bf, along with Kurt.
and all three characters are going to be picked from that contest they held a few months ago.
Apparently they are going to put the last 9 episodes out as a set like they did for the first 13. However, you cannot use the gleebate for this. You must by the full set for that. I'm torn because I did buy the first set. I guess I'll see how much everything is and either try to sell on ebay or donate to my shelter's yard sale if I do buy the full set.

Glee reality show shelved by Fox
Glee may be headed for the big screen (but probably not), but as a reality show, it's officially a wash. Says Vulture, plans for a previously announced, American Idol-style competition show—where Glee fans would vie for one of three recurring roles on the regular series' upcoming second season—have been quietly allowed to lapse by Fox now that Glee has blown up and doesn't really need the extra hype (or, potentially, the overkill, seeing as how those Glee kids are clogging up everything from the Billboard charts to concert venues to the White House).
The good news? The show's co-creator and -writer Ryan Murphy intends to pick a few lucky contestants from the reality show's online casting competition to appear and sing on Glee—perhaps guest-starring as a blind, bipolar, hypoglycemic, quadriplegic, narcoleptic, lactose-intolerant leper with a heart (and pipes) of gold.

I kind of hate that I care enough about this show to want certain people to appear on it, but I'd really love for Lea Salonga to guest star. Maybe she could play Charice's mom.
I have desperately been wanting to see Matt Morrison do Gold Digger........but after searching Youtube, I cannot find it. Can anyone out there steer me in the right direction?
