when the magazine originated it was only done every 3 months. thus the birth of a legacy with gay and straight men alike.

Maybe they switched to "GQ" when they went monthly, keeping the brand name, so to speak. Besides, it does suit the era better.

"Life" magazine is called "Life" because when it wsa first published, they sold lifetime subscriptions. A friend of mine's grandmother had one of the lifetime subscriptions until she craoked.

I wonder if people will forget that KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken...

You know the company 3M? They make Post-It-Notes and Scotch tape among other things. What does 3M stand for?

(I know the answer...it's a trivia question)
