Vitriol for a Galveston Paper
I used to work for the Galveston Daily News' sister paper. Oddly enough, when I wrote a story about a lesbian adoption, I got exactly one nasty phone call.
Dolph Tillotson is a class act, though.

I personally enjoyed the seemingly-sarcastic letter to the editor, published in the Pam's House Blend link I posted, admonishing the paper and showing them how to appropriately write about gay marriages. It was very tongue-in-cheek or else the most clueless and unintentionally hysterical piece of bigotry ever written.
