I'm a big fan of both movies--I love the weird, campy excess of Curtis Harrington's movies. There's a really great, very short documentary on his films on youtube, including little bits of his homoerotic early short films, his work with Kenneth Anger (before Anger "wrote" Hollywood Babylon), and all the aging grande dames he worked with (Shelley Winters, Gloria Swanson, Piper Laurie). I know many now see him as an early queer filmaker because ofthe sensibility he brought to his films.
