Posted: 9/1/05 at 2:57pmMy ex partner and I did. I'm not too traditional so we wore them on chains. The trouble is after 7 years what does one do with the ring afterwards?

Posted: 9/1/05 at 3:06pmSkier, I still wear my former partner's ring as a regular piece of jewelry. It's a Celtic band and it's a nice accessory.

ROFLMAO!!!!
Nothing to be sorry about, bustin. Thanks for the sentiment.
Question though...What the hell do you do with it? Save it for posterity? It's kind of tacky to give it away...No one would want it because of what it represents....You keep it and your next lover wonders why the hell you have't gotten rid of it.
LOL.

Skier....I still go with my idea....and tell them they have to keep it once it's in their hands...or whereever it winds up.

My two best friends are gay and neither of them have any piercings. But, hey the're only 17 they have time to get things peirced.
My uncle and his partner exchanged rings. In my eyes they were married. One of the best couples I have ever known.
