A tiny and particularly wobbly baby step, considering that family leave isn't extended for care of samesex partners. I guess they can justify it because, after all, it is for THE CHILDREN!!!!

And, unless I'm very wrong, this baby step can be very easily reversed when President Palin takes office in 2013.
