If you've had the displeasure of watching his sex tape, you'll know that in the other important respect Gene Simmons is a man of modest endowment and a fairly lifeless lay at least during that moment "caught" on tape. He does, however, wear a condom, which is good. And if a gal is facing the ceiling as the tongue that gave Diana Ross the sweetest love hangover she didn't wanna get over while he works that lingual magic, she can close her eyes and think of England.

Gene Simmons is horrendous and that flammable shrubbery on his head is laughable. Shannon Tweed has also "hit the wall." As a gay dude, I always thought she was stunning but then she had to start cutting up her face and now she looks altered.
I do understand the idea that to shift the focus to your sexuality before you have released any albums can distract people from your talent. I am also a big fan of mystique, which Adam had in spades, prior to coming out. While I dont think folks should hide in the closet, I think speculation can be sexy and fun. Look at what it did for Bowie and Jagger. The internet, camera phones and 24 hour media have taken a lot of mystique away from celebs and I miss that.

Posted: 6/30/09 at 4:46pmI understand the point that Gene is trying to bring up, but I think when everyone is pressuring him with questions of his sexuality... it becomes a headache to keep it a 'secret'. I see nothing wrong with him being open about his sexuality.
