No question about it.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

Popcultureboy ...

Was the actress pregnant? I can't see them firing her over it, mainly because the character had a baby too. I never knew if she was really pregnant or if they just decided they needed the storylines...

I wonder what's happening with this whole deal. I think it's still going on, but I'm not sure.

I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

I don't think they fired Kari because she was pregnant. They had done all they could with her character, the fans just didn't like Reese. Robin Christopher has been pregnant twice in the last three years, and she still has a job. They shot around her first pregnancy and wrote the second one into her story.
Pillowpants. 'Nuff said.

Kari should give Broadway a try. I bet she'd be good as Roxie or Velma in Chicago.

She also does a stellar Ethel Merman.

Kari does Ethel
