OK, so I would normally never do this, but I need money and I don't really want this gift certificate. It's for a one-night stay (Friday or Saturday) at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Chicago. It's good for almost a year from today. If you're interested in making a simple transaction through PayPal to make sure it's legit, so that I can ship this immediately, PM me.
I am thinking that $75 is a fair price considering this is a very nice hotel right downtown and is definitely more expensive for a night's stay on a weekend than $75.
