Get over it, ckeaton. It has to do with a group of people claiming to be morally superior being proven to be not only as human as the rest of us, but, in this case, a few notches below what the rest of us sinners would consider acceptable moral decision makers.
I find great, GREAT pleasure in calling a hypocrite on the table, especially one so glad-handedly endorsed by our hideous and evil president and his moral majority leadership.
It makes my day.
And you're not going to make any point trying to swerve it so that you want me to look like I'm getting pleasure out of a young girl's suffering. That's not the point and you know it.

I don't want anyone to be like me. Then there'd be too many self-righteous know-it-alls running around. There's only room for the two of us, JP.
I love Michael Jackson jokes, because the man is a cartoon. I don't celebrate the fact that the crime has been committed, or laugh at the victims. I taunt the man. To me there is a subtle difference.
We will have to agree to disagree on this one JP.

Haha me too. Especially when they lie to try to cover it...
Here in this cold white room tied up to these machines, it's hard to imagine life as it used to be. Laughing, screaming, tumbling queen... Like the most amazing light show you've ever seen. Whirling, swirling, never blue... How could you go and die? What a selfish thing to do...

I have absolutely no compassion for him. And I'm not completely opposed to the death penalty, although I have MANY problems with it.
That said, I could never, EVER understand the concept of rejoicing at the killing of anyone, particularly state-sanctioned killing.
